Propaganda i'm not falling for
Expensive skin care = better results
Don't follow the hype, follow the science. Most products which are priced very high have been done so due to the marketing spend. Search for products with good ingredients, consult your doctors to find best products
More steps = better skin
You may be over doing it, so you can expect skin irritation if your skin is sensitive. Not all products/ingredients get along with each other
Cosmetic treatments make you look fake
When done in the most subtle way, keeping in mid your lifestyle and requirement it can definitely enhance and boost your confidence
No need sunscreens indoor
Please just apply your sunscreen everyday no matter where you are, you can thank me later
Lasers can fix everything
Lasers are of various types, they require multiple sessions and often are combined with other treatment modalities and also a good skincare routine.
Natural is better
Not always because it can make your skin photosensitive, it's not regulated by guidelines and its safety and efficacy has not be studied in labs
Using toothpaste on acne
May cause overdrying, chemical burns, redness and inflammation
Botox in a bottle
No cream or serum can match the effectiveness or mechanism of action of actual botulinum toxin injections
Face yoga reverses age
Its overstated and unsupported by science
Sunscreen are harmful
Definitely a click-bait headline by “clean beauty” influencers
